I’m happy with my steel halogen desk lamps because they are really nice. It does not clutter up my desk too much due to its small footprint. Providing a sturdy balance and acting as levers to move the lamp head up or down are the counterweights. At the top of the lamp lies a long bar that makes lamp shade adjustments easy, although it has a tendency to heat up sometimes.
I utilize my halogen desk lamps both for reading at my desk and working at my PC and I can be certain that light is evenly spread with this lamp.

It has air vents on top that make it cooler than my previous halogen bulbs. That’s why this one does not get quite hot, unlike the other halogen lamps. Also, my cats love to sleep under it; it warms their furs and keeps them nice.
The device, without a doubt could produce bright light. This is one of the biggest advantages in using halogen floor lamps. I was also doubly impressed with the unit’s counter balance design. Easy and smooth lowering and raising of the lamp are provided by its levers and gears. It is ingenious, that’s why I’d love to know the details on how this piece was put together.
My brother had this desk lamp in his home and it really made his interior attractive. It highlighted his home very nicely. That’s the reason I bought one of these halogen desk lamps a few months ago. Also, one of our friends acquired two of these lamps for her new house. We haven’t had a single problem with these lamps. Some people complain about the striping of the joints, perhaps they’re just being too rough or do not know how to move it. I have an 8 year old son and a daughter who’s only half his age and they knocked the lamp over twice with their playing. Both times, there has been no damage and nothing on it was even messed up. This only proves the sturdiness and durability of these halogen desk lamps.
